Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase of a The Hoord product. By completing checkout you accept them. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

Who sells

The Hoord is a brand of The Foorge, NRT F-421429-V, Carrer de l'Estadi 18, 1-1, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra. Contact: hello@thehoord.com. Payments are collected through our payment partner and may appear on your statement as GROOWLY.

What you buy

Our products are digital: PDF files, editable documents, spreadsheets or access to an online page. Nothing is shipped. Each product page describes exactly what is included. Optional add-ons offered at checkout or right after payment are described on the same screen where you accept them.

Price and payment

The price shown on the product page and at checkout is the full price, in the currency shown, charged once. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Delivery

Your product is delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to us: we will resend it. You are responsible for entering a correct email address.

What you may do with the files

• Use, print and edit them for yourself, your family or your own business or practice, as many times as you need.
• Do not resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites or redistribute the files, edited or not.

All content remains the intellectual property of The Foorge.

Right of withdrawal and our guarantee

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, if you are a consumer in the European Union you agree at checkout that delivery starts straight away and that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins. This does not affect our own guarantee: you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as explained in our refund policy.

Professional kits

Templates for clinics and other professionals are working material prepared with care to save you time. They are not legal, medical or tax advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and adapting each document to your situation and to the rules that apply to you.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the product described. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Andorra, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If something goes wrong, write to us first: we resolve almost everything by email within a few days.
